Midland has enclosed this robust transceiver in an *P67 waterproof and dustproof housing. To achieve this premium level of environmental sealing, the GXT67 PRO features a factory-sealed internal battery compartment, keeping the unit completely watertight and protecting its electronics from rain, dust, and water ingress. To ensure clear transmissions in loud environments, the radio features Microphone Automatic Noise Cancelling (ANC), which actively filters out background noise. Featuring an intuitive menu interface, multi-level power settings, and a long-life Li-ion battery, the GXT67 PRO is a highly dependable lifeline backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty.

Factory-Sealed IP67 Waterproofing

The GXT67 PRO sets a high standard for environmental protection with its certified IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating. A key highlight of this engineering design is its factory-sealed battery compartment. While traditional removable battery doors can be common points of failure for water and dust leaks, the GXT67 PRO’s sealed design keeps it completely waterproof and protected. Powering the radio is an internal rechargeable Li-ion battery, chosen for its long serviceable life, low self-discharge rate, and high energy density. Clear Comms and Advanced Audio Features

In challenging trail and work environments, clear audio is critical. The GXT67 PRO is equipped with Microphone Automatic Noise Cancelling (ANC) to filter out distracting background noise and deliver clean audio. When conditions require silent or stealthy operation, the radio provides Whisper Talk, a Vibrate Alert mode, and Silent Operation. For emergencies, an integrated SOS Siren is available. Hands-free operation is highly customizable with 4 levels of VOX, and the unit is rounded out with a headphone jack and 10 selectable call alerts to fit any operational style.

Professional Channel Management & Customization

Equipped with a capacity of up to 99 GMRS/FRS channels, the GXT67 PRO is highly adaptable. Out of the box, it provides 22 standard GMRS/FRS channels and 8 GMRS repeater channels with split tones, allowing you to extend your communication range across wider areas using GMRS repeater infrastructure. It also comes with 28 preset privacy code channels and allows for up to 49 user-defined channels. Group organization is made simple with 142 privacy codes (including 38 CTCSS and 104 DCS tones) and Group Mode which supports 10 groups and 143 group codes. For users who want to customize their settings, the GXT67 PRO supports optional interface customization using an AVP34 programming cable.
