The Garmin Rino 750t seamlessly pairs 5-Watt GMRS two-way radio communications with handheld GPS/GLONASS satellite navigation, offering a complete communications and mapping solution for remote field operations, hunting expeditions, and off-grid exploration. Delivering up to 5 Watts of transmit power across 22 GMRS channels, the Rino 750t can achieve voice communication ranges up to 20 miles depending on terrain conditions. Beyond standard voice calls, the radio features position reporting capabilities that transmit your precise GPS coordinates directly to other Rino users on the same channel, displaying their locations on your map screen in real time. It also supports unit-to-unit text messaging for quiet or nonverbal team contact.

Building upon the core features of the Rino 750, the Rino 750t comes preloaded with detailed TOPO U.S. 100K topographic mapping, providing immediate views of terrain contours, elevation profiles, coastlines, rivers, lakes, national parks, and campgrounds. Constructed with a rugged chassis water-rated to IPX7 standards, the unit features a bright 3.0-inch transflective color touchscreen with dual-orientation landscape and portrait viewing that operates smoothly even when wearing gloves. Internal navigation sensors include a 3-axis tilt-compensated electronic compass and a barometric altimeter. Powered by a dual battery system, the Rino 750t runs up to 14 hours on the included rechargeable Li-ion battery pack or up to 18 hours using an optional AA battery pack at 2 Watts output. It also features Bluetooth connectivity for wireless headset audio, phone smart notifications, active weather radar, and NOAA weather alerts with Specific Area Message Encoding.

Preloaded TOPO 100K & Advanced Trail Navigation

The headline upgrade on the Rino 750t is its factory-preloaded TOPO U.S. 100K mapping, giving users out-of-the-box topographic coverage across the United States. The internal memory provides 4.5 GB of storage space alongside a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB for adding supplemental 24K topographies, marine charts, or custom paper-map downloads. High-sensitivity dual GPS and GLONASS satellite tracking ensures fast signal acquisition and accurate positioning in dense tree cover, steep canyons, and remote wilderness. Users can store up to 10,000 waypoints, 250 saved tracks, 250 navigation routes, and wirelessly share waypoints, routes, tracks, and geocaches with other compatible Garmin devices.

5W GMRS Voice, Text Messaging & Position Reporting

Communication on the Rino 750t is powered by a 5-Watt GMRS transceiver operating across 22 channels with 38 CTCSS and 83 DCS squelch privacy codes. Position reporting lets team members view each other’s live locations on their respective map displays, simplifying group coordination and emergency search operations. When silent or covert comms are required, users can exchange unit-to-unit text messages with other nearby Rino units. The radio contact database holds up to 50 contacts, with each contact storing up to 2,000 position track points to trace where teammates have traveled.
