The Alpha Antenna HOA Buster Matching Unit is an innovative solution for operators seeking a stealthy, tuner-free antenna system in restrictive environments. Designed to transform existing gutters and downspouts into efficient radiators, the HOA Buster covers HF, VHF, UHF, GMRS, and CB frequencies, including 80–10 meters, 2 meters, 70cm, and 900MHz (gutter and environment dependent). The HOA Buster features an SO-239 RF connector and is rated for up to 250 watts PEP SSB, 125 watts CW, and 25 watts for digital, AM, or FM modes.
When connected to conductive metal gutters, downspouts, and a real ground via the included ground spike, the HOA Buster delivers full-band coverage from 80–10 meters. For deployments without gutters or ground connections, an optional 60-foot end-fed HF element enables portable operation at beaches, in the mountains, or in parks.
