Allison joined the WAVEGUIDE team in February 2026 as a consultant dedicated to elevating our user experience across our various platforms and projects. Bringing years of experience in leading customer-centric projects to the table, she has developed a sharp eye for quality, consistency, and process optimization that consistently sets her work apart. She specializes in bridging the gap between technical operations and end-user satisfaction, ensuring that every project is both highly functional and intuitive to navigate.
On the tech side, Allison brings this same analytical focus to the airwaves. As a licensed GMRS operator for the past three years, she is active in the radio community, regularly exploring POC radio groups, and leveraging two-way communication systems for both neighborhood emergency preparedness and outdoor recreation.
When she is offline and the radios are quiet, Allison loves to unwind by the water—whether she is swimming in the pool, heading to the lake, or relaxing on the beach with her favorite music playing in the background and her beloved Pitbull by her side.
